What We Do
We specialise in supporting individuals with disabilities, including those who require behavioural support. Our focus also extends to helping young people who are transitioning from prison, by offering guidance, emotional support, and a pathway to positive reintegration into society.Every day, we strive to empower our participants to live more independently, confidently, and happily.

At DC, our mission is to create a home and family centre for our participants who cannot live with their families/ guardians due to their disability or behaviour of concern. Our team of staffs are dedicated to providing support based on our participants goals and family values. Over the years we have seen exceptional improvements in the lives of the people we support. From getting their drivers License to independent living.
